Founded in 2006, the National BBCB Summit -- now known as: Believe. Build. Complete. Become. -- was established to create a dialogue on the challenges of Black and Hispanic male students throughout higher education in America and at Hillsborough College (HC).
As we look ahead to celebrating our 20th anniversary in 2027, we are proud to reflect on how the Summit has evolved into a leading national event open to students of all backgrounds – providing an inclusive space to network, share experiences and connect with professionals who have overcome obstacles to achieve success.
Staying true to our mission, BBCB remains deeply committed to advancing college completion and paving a smoother path to student success.
